What you need to know before treatment
New Patient Procedure
New patients must receive an Initial Evaluation before treatment. Some insurance companies allow treatment right after evaluation, some require authorization prior check with us if you are unsure. Please be sure to bring in your prescription or referral, a form of photo identification and your insurance card. We provide you with a few forms to fill out and then you will be seen by one of our skilled therapists!
How long is Treatment
Treatment is tailored to each patients specific needs so length may vary. An average treatment time is approximately one hour. We pride ourselves on prompt service so we ask ask our patients to be on time and ready to work!
What should I wear to therapy?
Depending on your condition different appropriate clothing may be necessary. Please try to wear loose or athletic type clothing that will allow us access to the area of your body that needs treatment. We can provide you a private treatment room for your comfort!
